After our December 3 meeting at Coffee Bean, we agreed that we will actively use this blogsite to “meet” and swap ideas.

TO DO —  Instructional Designers:

You need to firm up the concept for the storyboard for the course.  May I suggest that we pin this storyboard down by end of next week, please?

Please go to the STORYBOARD IDEAS blogpost to discuss this.

After we pin this down, then:

  • we will get a better idea about how the course should be structured
  • we can finalize a project timetable
  • we will need to distribute specific assignments about who should begin to do what already
  • we can dig in to the course materials.

Basically, my idea here is for all the instructional designers to form into smaller writing pairs of say, one brother and one sister per team, so that we can distribute and divide the work accordingly and equitably.  And so we can manage the project more smoothly.  Is that ok?  Mayzelle, please consult Nerry about how the pairings should go.

TO DO — Graphic Experts:

We need to assemble the team, first of all.

  • The powerpoint experts are needed and will be priority.  If we can have the people on board by next week, that will be great.  Mayzelle, can you see to this please?
  • A photographer and the models are also important but can wait a while.  My suggestion is that we begin shooting early in January, but we should already have a shortlist of models (and their photos) before Christmas.  Mayzelle, let’s have several choices here, shall we?  I’ll leave it up to you, Mon and Nerry to decide on the final casting.

THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU!
