I’ve received confirmation from both Mon Samson and Nerry Gool regarding our concept of “First 100 days” .    Here’s the reply of Mon Samson to my email:

Hi, Kuya Eddie.

I fully agree with your 100 day paradigm. It’s more focused and not intimidating.

Here are my answers to your questions:

What should be the desired condition or situation of the newly-formed AG after 100 days?

  1. Knows the purpose of the AG
  2. Meets weekly on their set/agreed meeting date
  3. Follows some pattern/cycle (see p.7 of AGL Guide) for their meeting
  4. Everyone attends Branch meetings
  5. Members’ relationships are not limited to AG but are connecting with the other brothers and sisters

What are the things to be accomplished well by the AG at the end of the 100 day period?

  1. An orientation presentation was given to the members about the purpose and nature of the AG.
  2. AGL has helped members in the following areas:
    1. Prayer Time – had prayer time together once
    2. Attendance – agreed to be faithful in meetings and to inform AGL if members can’t make it
    3. Contribution – monthly contribution has started, at least twice
    4. Service – member is involved with a regular service
    5. There’s a certain amount of openness to one another about their personal life – challenges, concerns, struggles and not just blessings or victories.
    6. Some members are bringing their friends to Lingkod.

Is this what you’re looking for?  Please let me know if I need to fine tune my answer/s.

Thanks.

Mon
